Pathetic and *********** bank
I have been calling from the 16th of February 2023 and todays its the 16th of March 2023.
I have not received any feedback or a call back as promised by the agent (Carlcee) that the query has been escalated to the Team Leader (Marshal)
Till today, i haven't received any phone call or email
This is the most pathetic bank ever and I will even escalate until I get assistance
