Overcharge on banking fees

Dealing with Tyme Bank is most frustrating! I called to question their banking fees. It states on their website that the fee to deposit cash into the account at a Pick n Pay tillpoint is R6 per R1000 OR PART THEREOF. However, they charge R6 per transaction, regardless of the amount. So, if I deposit R100, the fee should be 60c, but they still charge the full R6 - so if I deposit R100 a day for 10 days, by the time I have deposited R1000, they would have charged me R60 in fees!!!! I called their call centre, and the agent could not understand this concept of OR PART THEREOF. I held on for over half an hour to speak to a manager and just gave up. They don't have a clue about the information on their own website.
