Our money taken lightly
You promised to resolve my ***** case within 5 business days since last week Wednesday...
Money is taken from my account and you guys are not bothered !
I want my money back... Reverse the charges... And give me a new card ! I will take you to the ombudsman for this what kind of bank has no cyber security?
