02 Feb 2026, 15:10I received a missed call from +27 (860) 999-119 and i called in to check who might have called and maybe they wanted additional information but to my surprise the gentleman i was talking to was rather harsh to say if i reported and received the feedback date i should wait for such time even on the WhatsApp chat the lady was saying the same her name is Mbalehle Sithebe. All i wanted to know was if additional information was needed from me as i received a missed call but rather the agents were so harsh and rude to me!
