Ongoing bug on App with Goalsave Feature - No Resolution - *********** Customer Care

Ongoing issue Ongoing issue with the app for months after reporting, getting it "resolved" but the issue stays. Goalsave option on the app is capped at R100 000. When you open a New Tymebank goalsave from scratch it caps you on R 99827 not R100 000 as the say. After COUNTLESS tickets opened since 2023, the tyme bank people cannot solve my complaint and keep closing tickets - incompetence beyond. The previous Goalsave feature had no issues, since they added features last year August 2023 it does not allow for the full amount to be added.
