Ongoing Bug Error on App on Goalsave option since August 2024

The Tymebank app has a bug with the Goalsave feature. Not one customer care consultant could get the issue sorted thusfar. It has been months since August 2024 with no resolution. The Tymebank app does not allow for the the maximum Goalsaver amount. Before August 2024 the app was fine allowing for the max 100K Goalsave amount. Now it cuts off at a lesser amount. Having one Goalsave account, one is supposed to have the max allowed amount deposited. They cannot get it right, they do not understand. they just reply on here to save face but do nothing.

Once again you do not understand my Query. Nothing new. The full amount for Goalsave you say is 100K but it does not allow 100K
