Once again - Poor service!!

I have tried to withdraw funds R 1 600.00 from an ABSA ATM on Friday 20 December 2024. The funds did not come out, I logged a case with Tymebank to investigate, no feedback has been provided to date. I have contacted the callcentre and they told me to now wait another 35 business working days. I have enquired with ABSA and they have confirmed they take 7 days to return excess funds in their ATM. I have been left by Tymbank to starve on xmas day. I will definitely be blocking all my accounts I have open with them.
