On Hold 😡

My Tymebank is on hold since 30th March 2024. I called them & they said its on hold because other bank said i got r300 by *****. They said i should send an affidavit, i did sent it 3 x affidavits. Until today no communication from them and my bank account still on hold. Its so frustrating because its the bank that i use to get my SRD grant from. 💔😭 Not happy at all. I think i should leave after all this
