ON HOLD

My account has been "ON HOLD" since 7 January for no valid reason. I cannot get access via my app or online. I called your service center many times and still cant get my account unblocked. I was informed to email an affidavit to the ***** operations department but still they have not responded. I'm at my waits end that you can withhold R2800 of my funds and not bother to respond. I'm left with no other alternative but to report this thievery to the ombudsman as this incompetence has been a loss of R500 daily income which I believe your bank should be responsible for.
