******** of Services... Disgraceful

Oh please this bank is a JOKE! Besides the inconvenience of always needing to locate a WORKING tymebank kiosk, to dealing with Pick n pay staff telling you they don't have cash in the till🥺 It's still ain't the most annoying part!

Last year May 2023 I was ****** and lost my cellphone, ID Document etc.. I purchased a new SIM card ) not a SIM swop.. eventually when I came across a working kiosk (that hardly happens) I logged in and proceeded to change my cellphone number on the system. It was accepted and supposed to be working. Days later I realised that my online profile was blocked as they suspected suspicious activity. I contacted the ***** department and verified it's me. The owner of the card and account, I verified their security check and they accepted it. However I was told by the same ***** department that because I changed my cellphone number my profile is and will be blocked and nothing they can do about it! Are you for real? It was September 2023 as I was preparing my ANNUAL TAX and therefore needed my bank statements. I advised them the urgency for these documents as they promised to email them to me. To no avail. Resulting in my late Tax submission last year. I cannot do anything and need to withdraw R8000 cash monthly just to pay rent and stand the chance of getting ****** again with large sums of money. Tymebank has no concern regarding this.

Think twice before opening an Tymebank account as it will Only give you headache and trouble and to withdraw cash us always an issue. I'm planning to close this account as soon as I app**** for missing I'd Document. Meanwhile if I get ****** again and lose my bank card I will not even be able to access my salary.

Worst of the worst..they put themselves out as a bank but the staffs faces hang on the floor when you withdraw and lately I was told only R1000 cash withdrawal limits at tills.. they should maybe state all these terms and conditions beforehand then we would not used them to start with
