I was very impressed with the sigh up process and how quickly money from my S bank was moved over to TymeBank….. That is where the impressed stop. To get a card , you need to go visit a kiosk at a pnp, The one close to me is at Towers, so I went, all nice stickers on the floor to lead you to the machine..... it's dead, ask the staff... it's broken, has never worked. So I called the call center, asking them where the other one in the area is, I was advised Edenvale, when to PNP in edenvale…. machine is off, it's broken...…. Called the call center... the blame game gets played "they never told us the machines are not working" now it's pnp's fault, so do I now log a complaint with pnp. I told about 30 of friends to join up with you guys,even shared your post on FB, that post is now removed and my friends told not to join, this looks like a problem bank now. For a start up bank, you will not have many customers as the 1st impression is what makes it. You how ever, has just lost me as a customer.
