Not trust worthy

I deposit money into a wrong account at rhe end of July 2025, i immediately called Standard Bank and they advised the account is a closed account and the money will be returned, TymeBank will make contact with them and they will advise accordingly, been 2 months and I’m at my wits end numerous emails , calls to the ***** department has yield no results im told they still investigating, I called Standard Bank the money has been return so where is my money ?
