Not Responding or anything

I went to picknpay meadowpoint kiosk tried ti access my account but your agent was rude and he told me that I need to call your customer care because they dont have phones or airtime and then went to dobsonville mall the other agent was rude also he left me there he told me to wait for until I had to remind him and he didnt even apologize so I dont know whats the use of having agents there because they dont have customer service and they are busy with social media on their tablets.
