Not happy with digital banking nonsense.

I regret moving my salary to tymbank, the service is very poor. I could in to tymbank for a million and one time requesting my bank statement for April as had an emergency needed to use it ,but I'm being told to send email to support with no luck it's been days with no help... I'm moving my salary to a batter bank with branches this digital bank nonsense is just nonsense
