Not happy at all

Case ID PI-81716. I'm not happy with their services, when u open their account, they are happy to have you, you open without submitting your ID , I have transferred money to this account only to find out when I want to make a withdrawal, they tell me to upgrade my profile at Pick n pay or home Affairs, which I did but it not reflecting in my account
