NOT HAPPY
I have been going to Tym bank kiosk at Boxer central park Johannesburg to get a new card because my old one has expired with no lucky and every time when i try it saying they can't verify my fingerprint and there's no Tym bank agent to assist or explain the reason they can't verify my fingerprint. can someone assist or advise where can i get the card because don't understand why they can't verify my fingerprint.
