Not good Tymebank

My account was blocked because i did a sim swop on my number. Ive been trying the entire week to get through to customer support but i cant. Ive been to the kiosk many times and that also didnt work. I dont kbow what to do anymore. All i had to do was confirm via email that i did do the sim swop. well ive rep**** allot of times and still nothing. So im not sure what to do anymore.
