Not answering Customer Service Hotline

Tried to call the Customer Service Hotline, since I do not have access to my account via my PC. They said on the website operating hours are from 7 am and also stated that in thee automatic answering machine, called at 7:45 and the automatic reply was to call during operating hours. Great Stuff.
