Not a pleasant experience at all.

Despite months and months and months of contacting customer service to ask them to close my account, and despite a promise each time to fulfil this request, this was not done. They suddenly started charging me fees out of the blue and I decided to close the account. Then I moved money from goalsave to my Everyday account so that I could take out all the money and close my account and got a message that it was unsuccessful. Now my goalsave and Everyday account reflect a zero balance. So my money has disappeared electronically.

It wasn't much money, luckily.

Something is not right with this company.
