Noone knows what they are doing

Worst mistake of my life going with this one. No customer service what so ever. Issue logged end of July 2023 and still not resolved. I'm the one that's always following up when their dam* team leaders are meant to come back to me. NO SLAs, noone knows THEIR OWN ERROR CODES, backend doesn't know how to remove rules they added to their own code. Once this is resolved, I'm getting my money out of there.
