Non-existent help

Extremely poor service.

Money disappears on inter-account transfer - Help line number, non functional, e-mailed numerous times without useful response.

Credit card ***** line - RCS friendly but unable to access my Everyday account, so of no help at all.

Tymebank is cheap, because their service is non-existent, a simple request to call me given that their own number does not work is ignored, twenty e-mails later with proof of transfer on their own system.
