NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BANKING SERVICES

I tried to use my card and it was declined. I tried to get assistance at Tyme bank counter in a Pick n Pay with no assistance or solution. Logged in and then noticed that CARD WAS CANCELLED. I was never informed. Have tried the Tyme Bank Call Centre 5 TIMES EACH TIME WAITING FOR OVER 10 MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER!
