Nompilo from PnP Pan Africa! A disaster

So I came to Pick n Pay Pan Africa Mall and was assisted by Nompilo. I simply asked to withdraw money because they partnered with Tyme Bank in assisting with that. Not only was I given attitude for wanting to withdraw MY own money, but she went and told me that I must go check with all the tellers if they have R3000. She didn’t want to call the supervisor. It’s sad to see that such a good bank will get a bad review because of a company they decided to partner with. What a shame
