No tyme bank employee to help for more than 2 weeks

Tyme bank has no replacement for staff on leave/awol. For more than 2 weeks now the Pick n Pay in Centurion Lifestyle Centre is without a Tyme Bank representative at the terminal to help customers. All the management of Pick n Pay is saying is no the person is on leave try again next week. No replacements or anyhting there. Reporting it to Tyme doesn't help either, as all they say is we will look into it and still nothing happens. Very poor service indeed.
