No support or reason

Me again. Why do a person always have to make any banks or services name bad before they listen. I phoned tymebank and the 2nd hold on my account they refuse to lift because of not doing their work. I asked for my account to be reactivated, denied. Asked for my funds in the account to buy bread and milk for my family, denied. They just simply refuse to listen to you as their client. They want to chase you around doing their work for them and they get the salary. I got fired from my work because of this ordeal and they want this and wnat that while my family must go hungry. Tymebank, thank you for no support except from battling to hungry.
