No Service // No Popa Rewards // No Bank // Just people taking money and hiding

Tymebank sent me a SMS regarding their Popa Rewards and gave me their contact number and email and advised that we should communicate with them to claim the reward. After sending an mail I waited more than the 48 hour wait period and still no response, I tried to call. They calls go through and then dropped. Please can someone tell me what to do to get this reward? Is it even worth calling out all my airtime? Ill be so angry if I call out R100 airtime and my reward is R30 airtime. Worst service, if this is the future of banking... I dont want to bank anymore. People hiding behind phones and not answering
