No Service from tymebnk

My business account has been put on hold from early January. I have sent affidavit and called numerous times and further waisted more funds in doing so. I have received no feedback from them regardless my efforts. The is absolutely no service at tymebank. Funds locked business on the brink of closing and nobody to respond to or help me.
