No service for future possible clients

I have been trying to get verification that I do not have an account with Tyme bank, firstly no staff at various kiosks and I have sent two emails with no response. I phoned the customer care line and the consultant guaranteed I will get assistance via *** I have also sent an email to *** I really need urgent assistance from them. I will never open an account with them
