No Service

I was ****** 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for someone at Tymebank to assist me. I have followed up every week and still get the same response they are waiting for feedback. Nothing has been done since I have reported the incident. If they do respond they just say the same thing - waiting for feedback. I will never recommend Tymebank to anyone. There is no customer service at all.
