No refund of funds

Still no reply from bank as my account was hacked week ago, still no refund of Dollars an Euros ,taking out of my account I was told to wait 2 weeks ,it 3 now. I want a refund my money. I will be closing my account when funds are recived. Ill not encourage anyone to use this bank.
