No Real Help from TymeBank – Be Careful

I reported ***** to TymeBank and opened a case (GFD-281723). I followed their instructions, opened a SAPS case, and sent the affidavit and case number. Despite this, they keep sending the same generic response asking me to do what I’ve already done.

There’s no proper support, no branch to go to, and no escalation path. If something goes wrong, you're left on your own. I wouldn’t recommend using TymeBank to receive your salary — it’s risky and the support is disappointing.
