No OTP, no support.

I phoned Tymebank explaining I don't receive my OTP anymore and they opened a case, 2 weeks later, I phone in again as no one got back to me. They could not hear my and said they will phone me back, I'm still waiting for my call back.

My money is stuck in my Tymebank account and no one is assisting. STAY AWAY, Tymebank offer no support
