NO OTP and rejects pin

Yesterday when I was swiping the machine said my pin was incorrect and I wasn't able to purchase. Later on when I was trying to make an online purchase I'm not getting an OTP to process the payment. I sent an email making them aware of this problem but I haven't received any communication from the bank.
