No offence to the customer care agent, George, he is just a messenger, but to have cancelled the internet banking facility without any workaround for services such as instant EFT and linking our accounts to SARS and other apps that require our internet banking credentials is not acceptable. With every other bank capable of these basic capabilities and the customer care agent unable to share WHEN a workaround might be available, I hope this review garners a response regarding what we should do as customers using Tyme as our primary bank.
