NO FEEDBACK RESPONSE WHATSOVER ON DEBIT HOLD

My account has been on debit hold for a week now. I cannot transact or access my funds. I sent in all the documentation that was needed but still have no feedback if or when the account will ever be unblocked! Customer service does not respond!
