No faith in security of your money. You get de*****ed and left feeling like a ********!

I WILL NOT ever tell anyone to bank with Tymebank. Your money is not safe!!! Someone did a simswap on my cell no then had a card replacement done on my account and withdrew and spent thousands of Rands from account +/-( R71 000). Im not even close to living in the area the monies were drawn and shopping was done.I did not know about the simswap for 2 days. I have a pay as you go with mtn. How did my personal information on my banking get shared with these culprits. I feel it must have been someone in the bank. After 3 months I received a letter that the bank takes no responsibility. My account is still on debit hold since September. They make you feel as if you are the ******** and not the victim. I am permanently disability money...I have no other income. SHAME ON TYMEBANK! IN OTHER REVEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY CLIENT THIS HAPPEND TO. BEWARE!!!
