No Customer service

I bought a microwave through Knighstage Factory Shop. Processed payment into their TymeBank account. They are now refusing to delivery, and I have been asking TymeBank to reverse the money. I am taken from pillar to post without any assistance. How can you allow a company to commit ***** using your banking details. I am fed up with this treatment. I have provided all the necessary proof.
