NO CARDS - 3rd time failure to get business card

The first time, no-one was available (Goodwood Mall). Then at N1 City, the machine was offline a few weeks ago and today there were no cards at N1 City. How can one take this bank SERIOUSLY? I took a photo of machine showing "THIS KIOSK ISN'T ABLE TO PRINT CARDS RIGHT NOW" Please send my card via registered post.

It would also help if one could print proof of bank account or statement to use as proof of address and to change account details.
