No assistance to get into the app
I am totally disillusioned with Go Tyme Bank. I am requesting to get into my app and I keep getting an error. I need to bank! I keep telling them about this and they want a screenshot ( fair) but in PDF. I cannot convert the screenshot to PDF! No reply.
