NO ASSISTANCE FROM TYME BANK ON *****..
Yesterday morning at 5.58am there was *****ulent activity on my account, I was interested in a bottle of supplements when I clicked on the item to learn more I saw it was priced in $ an amount of $159 went off my account immediately. I immediately phoned Tyme Vank ***** division the whole day yesterday and this morning they do not answer at all. I wrote at least 8 emails to the only email address they supply no response whatsoever. This transaction could have been and still can be stopped but they have no interest in even communicating with their clients. An amount of R3101.97 has been deducted from my account and they can stop it. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN EVEN ASSISTING THEY DUCK AND FIVE

S****line has emailed me to tell me Tyme Bank withdrew the amount of R3101.97 which was deducted from my account but it is still not reflecting in my account?? So where is the money???? TYME BANK CANNOT EVEN TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN ACKNOWLEDGE OR EVEN DEAL WITH THEIR CLIENTS. I WOULD LIKE THE R3101.97 BACK IN MY ACCOUNT PLEASE.
