No Assistance

I want to close this account...When it was opened at Pick n Pay, I was informed it is a new Pick n Pay card...I was NOT informed that this is a bank account or I would not have opened it...NO ONE will close this account for me...this is unacceptable as it was opened under deception...I have never used it other than the day it was opened when it was swiped at Pick n Pay on the day it was opened...I want this closed.. I have a bank account and do NOT want another one...
