NIGHTMARE ALL THE THYME!!!

Initially, I was so excited at the amazingly easy sign up at a PnPay kiosk and the digital bank concept and low fees but since then it has been a nightmare! After months I still get a black screen and all I get is a Statement that takes nearly 2 weeks to get to me after month-end.I know that the initial take-up was rather overwhelming for them but that is absolutely no excuse months later!! I have phoned, written letters and not even had the decency of a reply. Their communication is putrid..., no, non-existent and until somebody catches a BIG WAKEUP, my advice is to stay as far as possible away from these idiots as possible!!
