New Bank Hype, be careful !!!

About three weeks ago I decided to open an account with this organization. The good news was that it did take five minutes after some very enthusiastic assurances that there were no conditions for opening the account. I left Pick and Pay with the new card and on arriving home tried to log in to the internet banking feature. These long weeks with countless emails to the service department and their return emails telling me to do certain things to log in. Each email received made it very evident that the last person to receive my communication had not read any of the history embeded in the my emails. It was just like the movie where the main actor wakes up each morning reliving the previous day over and over again. I do not have the savings account desired and all of the promises are HOGWASH. As a loyal customer of P n P for 52 years I feel not only disturbed but disgusted in such a display of false information.
