Never ever us tymebank

If anyone reads this, please do not use tymebank, i have had terrible experiences with this bank. For the second time my account has stopped working while i have put in petrol at a garage. Now they have frozen my account for no reasons and say it takes 3 days to resolve? I am a single father with absolutely no way of getting petrol to get home or buy food now. It is an absolute disgrace.
