Never Created a Tymebank Account!!!

I'm trying to open up a Tymebank account online.It says I'm registered but I've NEVER CREATED AND ACCOUNT.It says an OTP is being sent to a number ending in 4 unfami**** numbers.I'm not aware of this and I want someone to look into this *****ster.
