Needing help with my tyme bank account that's been on debit hold for a month.

I saved money with Tyme bank since last year November and everything was fine until December when I went and deposited money as usual(900), they doubled the amount to 1800. They then put my account on debit hold since January 24. I have been phoning them everyday asking them to release my funds but no. I went as far as sending emails to their legal collections department like they told me to but till this day there is no answer.

They decided to take my money that was in my account (194). And still my account is on debit hold. I phoned them again and sent them messages on face book ,they tell me to wait 24;hours but I don't get help after 24 hours.

All I need is my child's money for his school fees that I've been saving with them. He is supposed to start school on Monday but Tyne bank has his money...I can't make any transactions please help me I need the money ASAP.
