Naming and shaming

Besides the fact that they are the most inconvenient bank to bank with, they also have poor customer service. I sent an eft on the 7th Nov from my business account, and 2 days later it had still not been received by the other party. I called in to find out what was going on, and they did not know, so they logged a case and told me that they would return to me on the 14th with their findings from the investigation. So I called on the 13th to find out about the progress of my case, and was told that they are still investigating. Kenny was the consultant I spoke to and he told me on the 14th he would call first thing in the morning with answers. As you might have guessed, there was no call the whole day. So I called customer care again on the 15th, and spoke to Kwanele, a little bit frustrated that now I haven't received any answers and no one is telling me what is happening. So she too had no idea why the money had not gone through, or where it was for that matter. So I asked myself, what type of bank does not know where money that was in their account has gone to, because they certainly have systems in place to track it, besides it's not the actual money that is transferred, it's just data. So she said (Kwanele) that she would escalate it and call me later. Certainly, without fail, she did not call. On the 16th I called again and requested to speak to Kwanele, now angry and she told me she did not call because she was advised by her superior, not to. So I called again on the same day later, and found Nadine. This girl, didn't even bother to help. I gave her the case number, and she kept me on hold for 32 minutes without even telling me why. I am appalled at their service, as I am in the customer service business myself and have never treated a customer the way I have been treated by these people. Mind you, I was also told that I could not reverse nor close my account while there is a case pending, but whose fault is that?
