My worst nightmare

I am very much disgusted by Moretyme service and Tymebank. They debited the more tyme fee on the 23 Aug and never acknowledged the payment. To my suprise I got handed over to extended debt collections for money they debited. To add to it now the im arrears and being harrased through out the whole day. Even after numerous of proof being sent showing the debit order payment. They better resolve this before I contact the ombudsman. I will forever regret using the Moretyme service.
