My TymeBank account is blocked

I still say, Tymebank is one of the useless banks in SA. My account (***) has a debit hold, I don't know what happened to it but I can't access my funds anymore. I got I contact with the agents last week but still my account is frozen. I still regret open an account with TymeBank. Now I can't access my money.
