My Tyme Account is blocked.

My Account was blocked on the 14th July for and did call the bank. I have sent documents to have it unblocked. And still it has not been unblocked. Tried to get ti the ***** Department as I have been transferred to the department. After more than 90 min of waiting with 3 calls I gave up. It is month end and I need to pay bills. Unblock my account.
